When you mentioned Barbara Jean it rang a bell. I checked back in my email archives and I have an email from him from May of 2002 requesting my permission to use a post that I had written (re: Bangkok vs. A'dam) for ignatz.

I declined, and he wrote back saying thanks anyway. He probably went ahead and used it for his own site anyway.

At least he asked for permission!

They were told long ago to keep their grubby paws off this site, unfortunately they own their servers so there is little available in pursuing that channel, also laws about this sort of thing in the Netherlands are notoriously undeveloped/primitive.

I would suggest there are other ways to deal with these people, if you know what I mean. Wink. Wink. Not that'd we'd endorse it mind you. But we'd approve.

The best move would be to find a second such site, and then make each think it is under attack from the other.
