ok fellow micers, its that time of the year to make your resolutions for 2009 !!

mine is to cut down on my smoking and drinking.

this has always been my resolution for the past 30yrs+

my record stands at Jan 2nd !!

anyway, HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone ive met from here, to those ive exchanged posts/threads with and everyone else on the board

Stop going to the RLD and get a gf.. actually, I got no other choice as I'm returing to the US later in January.

Don't you realise how high maintenance and expensive they are to run!

You are better of staying in Amsterdam. Maybe Humphrey can give you some tips on cheap living.

Take the wife to the B1 cinema at least once a month to have some fun :) I tried the stopping smoking etc. and thats no fun ;)

Happy New Year to all on Ignatz!!! Sorry it's so late, haven't been on t'internet for a while.

My resolutions were:
1) Cut down smoking - lasted til Sunday 4th.
2) Cut down alcohol intake - lasted til Saturday 3rd.
3) Stop having one night stands - lasted til about 2am on 1st January! lol!!
4) Cut down number of visits to Amsterdam - looks to be out of the window already, one planned for under a fortnight, another for March, and the next will probably be one for June! lol!
5) Visit a LMP in London - TBA! ;-)

Mine is to get my ass back to Amsterdam this summer - it was my first visit last July, and I'm counting the days (7/4/2009) until I leave again! Not knowing really what to expect last summer (how can anyone know how AMAZING it is unless you experience it personally!) I made my "choices" based upon certain "looks" - which worked out well, but this time around I plan to fully implement the amazing wealth of experience you guys have assembled! Thanks!
