I have visited before, but now I have different variables.
I will have a bike fot the whole trip & I have rented a room in a private house in the Amsterdam Zuidoost Area.

Never been to that area before, the nearest thing I know is Amsterdam Arena.

I am looking for the new places to smoke and chill. I used to visit the old time PinkFloyd coffeeshop as well as the original greenhouses and barneys; Amnesia Coffeeshop is one of my favorite places to stop for a smoke and a strawberry shake.
Grey Area is allways a stop for me but never to hang out.
What are the newest strains around?
I like everything... sativa, indica blond hash, gunpowder or skuff

I'm assuming there has to be a very good reason why you would choose to rent a room in that area? I hope so anyway, for your sake. Lock your bike to something. Anything.

For your info there are no coffeeshops in zuidoost (as you've probably discovered through your own research).

You seem to know most of the better known weed spots. My suggestion is to drop by as many places as possible and simply ask the dealer what's good right now. Menus change regularly and a new gem may just have arrived that morning.

Tha main reason is budget; Staying there I can afford to
stay 18 days in Amsterdam and buy a bike.

My suggestion is stay somewhere else. Unless the equivalent of 18 nights in a rent controlled apartment in Detroit is your idea of a holiday? If money is the big issue, Zeeburg camping or a youth hostel would even be a better option. Seriously.
