I guess it all depends on what you are looking for.
There are numerous swinging places in the country...some close by Amsterdam others not so much. Most are strictly for couples though some do let in single men. ALL are "no means no".
You can try Sameplace (which is a erotic bar not a club) or Paradise (just reopened) both in Amsterdam. Also the Showboat is just outside the city in Zaandam.
Fun4Two and Fata Morgana are excellent but a bit of travel.
