Edit: Haarlem is small and you have to pay to enter (a part of) the RLD. Nice city though.

Den Haag is interesting:

2 RLD's: one (Geleenstraat) with an average start price of EUR 50, the other (Doubletstraat) starting at EUR 25 ...
However, the difference in selection is as dramatic as the price difference. Good EuroPorn lookers at the Geleenstraat, dozens of really plump Latina's and the sloppy side of the Balkans at Doubletstraat.
I had lots of sessions in both (worked in D-H for a while), good and bad in both, but for some reason prefer the Doubletsraat. If you find a good girl there, it can be really worthwhile. But YMMV - enormously.
