High all i am going to amsterdam in july and plan on visiting Harlem with a couple who like a drink with there smoke, so i am looking for bars that it is ok to smoke weed in ??
i know there are no coffee shops that sell alchohol outside amsterdam but thought there might be a bar that allowed smoking??any help apreciated.

I really don't think you will have a problem finding a bar to smoke in Haarlem. Try any of the WIllie Wortels Coffeeshops, buy some great smoke, then ask the dealer what bars will allow you to smoke weed (of Hashish :-)
