In common with some other posts I read recently,

There are 2 sex shops in Alkmaar, if you walk in one street in from the Kanalkade, find hotel pakhuys, then if you turn right at the end of the hotel Pakhuys(beer museum L/H side) and cross over the street you will find the Konigsweg street,the sexshop is on the left handside. some quality films to watch at 7.50 euros and kamaga can be purchased from the premises.

There was a good documentary on the fake trade on British Channel 4 TV recently which stated that there is a massive amount of counterfeit pharmecuticals circulating at the moment. Some of them have even found their way into bona fide pharmecies along with the obvious ropey internet sources. An interview with an inspector resarching this stuff showed the guy ordering Viagra, Kamagra, Cialis and Levitra from a Chinese supplier and being very impressed with the stuff that came back to him - perfect packaging, immaculate tablet and information notes and holograms/ barcodes etc. He said it was almost impossible for a genuine pharmacist to spot the difference.

Makes you think twice about ordering stuff off the net doesnt it?
