I will be visiting this city next year on business and from the search tool, I have seen conflicting reports as to whether or not there are any Prive' type locations left in this city, or even escorts for the daytime if I found a hotel?

I have never been to Rotterdam but I am quite sure that you will find some prives and of course also escorts there. It is the RLD that does not exist in Rotterdam, but Hague is only a short trip away by train.
