just back from a trip to Holland, first class as ever. Decided to head to Zandvort for the day for a smoke (somewhere new). I went to Yanks, good spot. Kind of log cabin effect but well kitted out with a decked outdoor smoking area, bar, internet, pool tables. As for the weed I tried some of the outdoor grown weed, very nice and reasonable at 6euro a gram. Overall they had a good varied menu with a little bit of everything for all. Overall very impressed with Yanks, would imagine the place would be great on a nice sunny day.

I also visited El Torro in Utrecht. I have been to el torro before (about 2 years) and my what a change. Gone has the dark decor & the curtains and in has come the plasma hd tv with a decor still a work in progress but a lot brighter. Now owned by mellow yellow. Again a good selection on the menu. stayed for about 2 hours and then headed on our way back to amsterdam.

if you get a chance guys spread your wings and head outside Amsterdam, you might be pleasantly surprised

have been to utrecht and was very happy with my little trip. however, i'm a perv and went for the ladies. my ganja smoking days are over unless i'm drunk. the zandpad doesnt' do it for me but the black girls on poldestraat do. :) all the best, enjoy your smoke.
