Just bought my tickets yesterday to be in The Netherlands in early September.

Beyond spending time with family and the usual frolicking discussed on this board... I try to plan my trips around something unique. this trip I am timing it with the KNPV nationals which are being held in Eindhoven this year.

I've found the stadium on Google maps and it is just west of Aalsterweb and south of Antoon Coolenlaan. Has anyone been there to see an event? Is it walkable from the trainstation (from the maps it looks a little far -- but google earth can be deceiving in distance guesses).

It is a competition for protection dogs. Primarily geared towards the Dutch Shepherd but isn't limited to the Hollandse Herder. Somewhat like Schutzhund, French Ring, Mondio Ring, etc... if you have ever heard of any of those.
