Fellow mongers......I'll be heading over to AMS and Antwerp and will be taking a side trip for a day's fun and relaxation at Ying Yang. This will be my first trip the this place. I am asking for some advise on getting there. I can rent a car, or train from either city. I am asking for advise on routes please.

Also, some protocol on YY would be appreciated. Do's and don'ts, tips for dealing with the girls, expected fees, etc. Any input would be helpful.

Nearest train station is Roermond, about 30 minutes from Eindhoven.
