Helmond is only 10 mins by train to Eindhoven, so you can still enjoy whatever you got up to in Eindhoven in the past.....I think the last train would be between midnight and 1am.

Done a bit of searching about for you, but the only places I can find are in Eindhoven or further away. Perhaps a look in a local paper will show up some massage places, prive's or independant escorts, depending on your requirements.
