Just to let you all know you can get a special train ticket which allows you to go from Amsterdam to Alkmaar and Den Haag and back. Got it last time i was there. Think it's 30 odd euro. Two quality cities and three quality RLDs. Enjoy.

can you buy that tickket at station over the counter or is it a website,would be a good day.

you can buy on the day, at the counter. good value. weekend one sounds great too.

There is a line on that page that translates to- "The train tickets are no longer on sale in the shops Kruidvat"

please someone tell me if it is possible,
what is the best and cheapest ticket for this route :)
i will go to amsterdam and after then will go to brussels.
here is my route -

1st day : amsterdam -to- den haag & den haag- to - amsterdam
2nd day : amsterdam to-alkmar
3rd day : alkmar to amsterdam
4th day : amsterdam to utrecth
5th day : utrecth to brussels

any suggestions are welcome

i went in september and was able to buy the ams-alkmaar-den haag ticket with no problem. As for the cheapest train fares, i'm not too sure. Perhaps looking at Advance fares is an option; if they do them.
