I am aware that new laws are in place in Limburg and Maastricht shops but just wondering if the shops are actually enforcing the "Dutch only" rule or if the shops are open at all? I was in Maastricht last June and every shop was closed in a show of protest against the weed pass and as a result the street dealers were having a field day. If anyone of the board has any current news I would appreciate. Regardless there is a reason I am flying into Amsterdam and departing from Brussels during my annual Maastricht visit.

Maastricht is still restricted from the non-Dutch. You can use the map on the following link to find towns that are open to everyone. http://keinwietpas.de/wo-gilt-der-wietpas-wo-nicht/
