Any details or a URL in this regard? News stories I've seen keep pushing back plans and dates.

I looked for information on this, and as best as I can tell the opening is still planned for 2017.

they just voted on the new legislation and they will reopen RLD in utrecht very close to the old area.

unfortunately they will open it in 2017 at earliest.
