I am in the dam for 6 days soon and hope to get to the above, i know about the r/l but not to sure on the sex shops

There is a branch of Erotic Discount Centre just a minute's walk from Haarlem station, on the right hand side when you leave, just follow the road toward the centre. There's no hassle with browsing before you buy. They sell 'Seventeen' mags in multipacks of three of four (€12 or thereabouts) and DVDs from about €30 upwards. While you are in Haarlem, if you try the Free Record Shop, you can find a good selection of porn DVDs for under €20 (NL cert 16, which in Britain would be R18 and three or four times the price), eg Ben Dover and the like.
