Well i have booked a Frankfurt trip in june free cancellation until june 10th.

With all the vaccines being done now and supposedly a easing of the lockdown to come i wonder if i will get to go.

If not will cancel and put it back 3 months or so.

I noticed that prices went up this week (was looking at Belgium) probably as they are lifting their lockdown (not 100% confirmed) within 2 weeks. .

Hope your trip happens. Long time since I visited Frankfurt. Special city.

I actually got the trip at the cheapest price i have seen.
Had a £75 voucher on tbe eurostar and got the return to Belgium for £78.

The ice train from Belgium to Frankfurt was £45 for the return.
I have booked grand Hotel Downtown 5 nights for €170 so with the voucher taken off its a very cheap break.

5 days is alot so will have to pace myself hope the fkk and red kight building's are in action.

If its a blank covid tests and quarantine still in place i give it a miss.

Couldnt afford that £1750.

Cancelled June bit of wishfull thinking.
Will see what restrictions are in place when vaccine is rolled out fully.

I'm thinking covid testing maybe a permanent fixture now even after vaccines Holiday insurance costing more also.
Little 2 or 3 day trips maybe a thing of the past.

Starting to see more and more commercial planes flying about. Won't be long til some sort of normality returns.

Does anyone think Americans can visit Amsterdam in August . We rolled the dice and bought tickets . Might have to reschedule though.

I read in the Dutch News they are targeting August for inter European travel and October for international visitors.
Most likely this will change again as everything else has.
I was hoping for September....
