France isn't a good place for proper punting. It's illegal and I'm not aware of any private house. Most escort websites are fake or deceiving.

They both exist, the French have some of the highest weed smoking rates in Europe and you'll see the same Asian massage parlours offering extras that exist everywhere on Parisan streets. Its just expensive, furtive, prone to rip offs and even the real thing is often of variable quality compared to elsewhere in Europe.

The International Sex Guide Paris forum is active and mentions a site called Escort Adviser for what that's worth. French girls are also active on sugar daddy websites there. If you go through with it I'd make any arrangements in advance if you can, and scope out several HE massage parlours as a back up.

Finally with the weed, a quick Google search gives you a bunch of different sites offering likely streets for dealers. I don't know any which are reliable but have used similar strategies to score dope in countries like the Czech republic. If you get caught it is a fine rather than a trip to the slammer, but still...

I've been to Paris six times over three decades and it's a bummer for women and weed. It's a shame, as it's a great cultural city.

Your best bet might be talking to Arabs trying to lure you into their sex clubs. They may make arrangements to take you outside the city to where actual working girls might see you, but that involves a lot of trust. Back in 2008, I turned down this offer. None of their faces were worthy of trust.

You may want to consider taking a day trip to Belgium. They're not insane prudes like the "care-free" French.
