Sharks or Mainhatten

I@m going to be in frankfurt for a weekend soon. I won't have access to a car, so these are the two places I'm looking at.
I've been in Mainhatten about 7 years ago. I liked it. But I'm wondering if it's changed. And I've never been to sharks but it's only 30 mins by train from Frankfurt.
So, any recommendations?
