With October fast approaching, some of us turn our minds to planning short FKK visits at Frankfurt. We all know that hotel prices can really kill you if your visit happens to coincide with the dreaded Messe events (Trade Fairs). So for anybody who wants to stay in hotels without paying astronomically inflated room prices, this list should help guide you in planning your dates: Just avoid many of these dates and you will pay less per night at Frankfurt area hotels:

Hi ST,

Is it me, or is this the damn busiest Messe schedule I've ever seen? The world economy must be looking up. Looks like Palace is going to be difficult to negotiate this fall and winter with long stauen for zimmeren. (I'm trying to practice my German :-). Maybe even smelly Oase will get it's act together again :-).

Oh well, if Excelsior is too expensive, there's always the Etaps near World (Linden) and GT (West Willich). In fact, the upcoming November trip is an all Etap affair.

Are you around Nov 9,10,11,12?

Repeat after me: Drei kilometer Stau fuer die Zimmer...

Bist du Geil, Herr Pepto, oder...?

Hey Man,

Book those Etap rooms early, for they get swallowed up quickly.

You are right. It is a long list. Going to be a crowded year I think. Palace is supposed to do a renovation soon. Oase has been talking about it but, yadayadayada... I'm not holding out any hope on that one.

May have to make a few more Brüggen and Oedt runs this season. Word is that PHG is going pretty strong these days.

Cheers,

I usually shave my FKK balls before I get to Frankfurt :-) The girls like it.
Ded-
I booked the Etap sleeping cubicles yesterday after reading your post. I have the OK from the boss but waiting for a fare sale to buy the air- right now it's 465 or so non-stop on Delta.

Yes, we may have to adjust to a less nocturnal mongering style this year, arriving say 11 or 12:00 at PHG or GT instead of the 4 or 5 PM we usually arrive at Hessen FKK's, and getting more sleep at night with the 1 AM "fence time" , as they say on the Dutch boards.

Early to bed, early to rise, makes a pepto dream of buttocks, boobs, muschis, and thighs.

If you are stuck for hotels, and World is definitely on your must see list, then the Grunen Baum in Pohlheim Garbenteich is good value at 17.5E a night (shower in room, but shared toilets) and only 2 minutes from World. However it is 30 minutes from Oase, and 40 from Palace.

@Noreaga,

A few of us will be in Frankfurt on the 8th and 9th.

@Pepto,

Aside from the long drive for me, I like the GT/PHG plan. I am going to do some hotel research in hopes of finding a midway point between World and Palace/Oase that may fall out of the Messe price-gouging zone. Etap is not too bad a deal if World is the main goal. We have to talk the Burger King folks into providing breakfast for the Fusco.

I have a feeling that Palace will be a pretty good haven for shapely-adorables this season. I was told on Sunday that they are planning to do a renovation soon. Not sure when, and I heard this from one of the girls and not the management. If they figure out a way to add a closed-in roof terrace, then I may move there.

Cheers,

Dedalus, hotel hobo

@Ded .... you guys should move it up a couple of days.

Ill be landing in Fkt on the 5th AM. During the day I figure Ill walk around, get some rest ... and head to Palace in the night. Maybe do the same on the night of the 6th. After that, Im off to Munich !

Hope to meet some of you seasoned vets. I know itd help a lot to a poor old FKK virgin :-)
