I've never heard of AdultWork, so I just went to check out the site. Does anyone seriously use this garbage!? The UI is awful and it literally couldn't find anyone in the entire country to match my initial search criteria, so I kept broadening my search until I finally got some results: I got it down to "Female incalls aged between 18 and 99" before it finally gave me... 4 results.
