Happy ending massage places are closed. Places that do actual (non-sexual) massage by trained staff are open, but can only be visited by reservation.

For sexual massage, your best bet is probably Kinky.nl (though many girls are not accepting visits right now), but then you might as well just look up equivalent websites in your own country if you're going to go that route.
