Kamer/prive girls will usually not go back to your hotel unless they know you very well. There are plenty of escort services advertised in Amsterdam, they will send girls directly to your hotel room. It is a more expensive option than the kamer route, as the normal minimum time charge is 1 hour.

Guests in the room depends on the hotel. If you stay at a 4* or 5* where you keep the room key it's not problem, you can just breeze by the reception desk. If it is a small hotel where they keep the key whenever you leave, people have posted mixed success.

I would also like to add the escort places are not all that much better than the RLD despite the higher expense.

Sometimes you can get a girl you might not be all that taken with, whereas in the RLD youget to see the girl and possibly talk to them before making a decision

I too would love to bring girls from the RLD back to the room, but never have tried
also, I would advise NOT to take any of the streetwalking girls you may find in the RLD back to your room, as they can often be scam artists and/or theives (from what I have read and slightly experienced)
