I can imagine a handicap area for the blind in the RLD . No need for Red Lights, just the scent of the Achterdam would work. Brail inscriptions on the doors, guide dogs waiting outside of the kamers or having to pay extra for the dog to watch,,, and girls offering free feels in the Old Church area.

One last thing,, smoking alot of weed would help those poor guy's that already have lost some of their sight. Works for me!
