When and where can I find the cheapest flights from New York or Newark over to AMS? I have been there a couple of times but haven't been able to figure out how and when to get the cheapest flights. Any New Yorkers have any suggestions?

Usually, if you watch for fare sales, you can book Amsterdam or Frankfurt for 320 up to 450 euro from JFK over Thanksgiving weekend if you depart Tuesday or Wednesday and return Monday. Similar prices prevail most of December, January, February, and March, even into April. Go to the website and put yourself on email alert for fare sales.
