I'm probably not the best person to answer that question. I much prefer prives to the windows (though that's not to say I don't go looking) and during the day it certainly is much more relaxed. Park118 is outside the centre, but not too far to stroll to, and there's a nice couple of cafes near by.

Regarding the comparison to an escort - you can pre-arrange your requirements over the phone or by e-mail, which may help. But with a prives you do get to see the women first.
