in the UK you can get viagra or cialis or levitra on the NHS (for free or for the prescription charge of £6.50) in the following circumstances:

if you're a man suffering from: diabetes, multiple sclerosis, parkinsons disease, poliomyelitis, prostate cancer, severe pelvic injury, single gene neuroogical disease, spina bifida or spinal cord injury.
Also if you are undergoing renal dialysis or have had a prostatectomy, radical pelvic surgery or renal failure treated by transplant.

That probably rules out most of you guys but you can get a private prescription from any registered doctor and a useful 'angle' to go with is that your 'lack of performance' is causing significant emotional distress on you and your long term partner jeopardising an otherwise healthy relationship. Most Drs will buy this if you lay it on thick enough. Drs do charge for writing a private prescription (about £15) so make sure ytou ask them to make it a "repeatable" prescription asking for about 4 repeats is reasonable and this means you only pay the Dr once and you can use the prescription a total of 5 times( saving you £60)! as for getting it dispensed shop around as pharmacists can charge what they like for a prvate prescription, Asda is usually the cheapest.
