Few of us heading to Amsterdam in a few weeks, for the first time. Main interests are red light area, beer, red light area, mj cafes and red light area. Anybody tell us where to avoid and more importantly where to go. Is it better to head for window girls or certain bars etc etc. Any help appreciated

There are people on this board that could do you one hell of an itinerary but after some searching here I found that:

Cruise around the alleys of the main rld anytime day or night - its always fun.
Go to La Vie En Proost 5E to get in and free to see nude dancers - main rld at night hots up by 11pm
Sex shows are touristy and about 25E to get in and see the full show. Cassa Rossa probably best if you like to see couples shag live.
Go to Singel rld area. Quieter than main rld and always turns up a few nice surprises.
Most coffee bars good - Too much toke and mister floppy may pay you a visit by the time you hit the kamers.
Some bars in rld are pricey but the bar almost opposite Moulin Rouge is reasonable and you can watch the window totty for ages whilst supping. If you get stressed pop along to Siri Massage.
Read / search the board - its got all you'll need for a s*it hot totty time.
