Hi guys, i was thinking, all these hotel questions, where should i stay? good location? how much? etc

would it be possible to have a single thread, with an easy to read quick glance 2 line review?

Comment: great location, but the hotel was dirty, the staff where a little rude, but it was cheap, and if you just need a bed and a shower, its "usable"

I reckon this sounds like a good idea. Are most of us travelling to Amsterdam alone or with friends? I would be more likely to go for a single room if i was staying in an hotel. As it is. I will probably continue to stay in hostels and spen the money saved on beer and women.
