Has anyone ever been? Sounds like a typically Amsterdam-quirky/interesting carnival....

Quite interesting but everything is in Dutch. Normally a bit of theatre, music, comedy, drama, vaudeville, food and drink under various venues. The 25 (last stop) will take you there. Regards. Roland.
