You cetainly don't need to worry about HIV. It's almost impossible to get the virus from oral contact, and certainly not from one encounter. Significant amounts of the shit would have to enter your bloodstream, so unless you already had an open sore or a recent penis piercing - forget it! Think about it. Why don't lesbians ever get HIV? Cause you can't get it from oral!

A more realistic possibility is that you might get a bladder/urethra infection, which would require antibiotics from a doctor. This is mostly a non-VD general bacterial infection, but could in some cases be chlamydia or gonnorhea - also treatable.
