Everyone says don't buy drugs from street dealers. Fair enough, but this sort of blanket condemnation always makes me curious.

Yes, my friend bought some coke and pills from a guy in the RLD.

I didn't try the pills because I don't do them, but the coke was OK.

mate bought some "E's"...had no urge to dance...just nice fresh breath!!!

dude - we did the pepsi thing... haha it is hysterical that came to mind of more than just my husband and me.

why don't the cops get rid of these guys. they are at best a pest and are real obvious so it doesn't seem like it would be to hard?

I don't find them to be too much of a hassle. They know the score and respect the rules in the main. Now the dealers in Prague...what a bunch of wankers!

Ive scored good coke a few times the first time the guy let me taste it, it was goood stuff he kept saying "i know you feel it" i was trying to act all cool and barter for a cheaper price but he was right i was feeling it,anyways we agreed on a price of 35euros for a gram and he was about to hand me the coke and i said to him "dont switch the bags " and he snatched the money away and said now what are you gonna do i lent into him and said what the fuck can i do rather menacingly and he handed the good coke over and stated shaking my hand and telling me how much he respected me and gave me a free xtc tablet,weird experience but just part of the fun of being in amsterdam,my last trip in june 05 a dealer approachd me and offerd me two grams for 50 euro ,i said not tonight maybe tommorow and he said i give you my mobile so i took it and rang him from a payphone the next night and got 2 gs for 45 euro after some banter, good stuff ,had some great fun in the kamers that night.
Just use your head when dealing with the street dealers, always barter for a cheaper price, just tell them flat out you dont want any shit be straight and blunt with them, always insist on a sample of the coke before purchase and dont let them switch the bags.

actually saw them using some stuff - on OZV between Kenningsteg and Stoof there were about 10 of them sniffing from lit foil which I assume was heroin - same guys who do the "coke" whispers on the bridges
