You should consider the Singel or the Pijp. No high pressure sales, generally more relaxed attitude.

There is good service to be had for 50E, you just have to search for the right lady. Stay away from the pushy ones.

Get yourself to the Achterdam in Alkmaar.

€12.10 (if I recall) for a return train ticket from Centraal Station, then €35 when you get there. Enough change from your €50 for a celebratory beer afterwards. Plenty of Eastern European lovelies there too.
