Just read today that Laguna Beach is attempting to open its first pot dispensarie. The ordinance, if adopted, would put Laguna Beach in the minority of cities in surrounding areas to have one. (Coasline Pilot)

I just staggered back to my room after drinking Hoeegarden, Stone Reiunation IPA Pale Ale, Grand Cru Belgian Triple, and some of HWB's finest local smoke favorites.... Vincent Oude Gouda, French Brie, Swiss Cheese and Greek olives.

I will be in SFO on June 21 (Summer Solstice smoke in at Golden Gate Park) and again in late July.

Sorry Sphinx, this gathering already happened. When 420 comes to town we take over the open-air bar area on top of his hotel and party-up with a 180 degree ocean view. Besides the Belgian ales and delicious cheeses, we were smoking these fine locally produced med-mar strains:

Mango Turk; Indica dominant


Hogsbreath; Sativa dominant


Maybe we can do this again with a little more advance notice and get a few more Ignatzmicers involved?

I was fortunate enough to ride some coat-tails for this great meet-up.
420 is a true lover of fine beers and a great host...HWB definitely knows his cannabis.
Awesome atmoshpere...with good people...Not a bad way to spend a Monday evening.

Hey Smuler...If I can pull it off, I may try to road-trip up to the Bay Area that weekend...
I can show you some good Belgians that don't have the same old banana/clove thing going for them.
I also have to fill you in on my visits to the Arands Nest last trip...Took your advice and brought a few bottles of hop heaven for the owner...well received...Thanks for the idea.

I am spacing out, I will also be in SF on July 31-Aug 2nd. Maybe I can fly in a couple of days earlier. We keep on missing each other by a day or two? If your going to Vancouver that week you should catch quite a few music and food festivals,,,not that they don't have enough going on already.

My flight arrives @ SFO Saturday July 25 @ noon

Then we are off to a couple places to drink/smoke...

This will be my 5th trip to SF..I really love the place... World Class beers, great bicycling ( seafront bikepath to rival NYC and Vancouver IMHO )

If you could swing that weekend , it will be great..

Trappist Westvleteren 12 is premium belgian beer. Even places like Beer Temple and Deliriums Cafe (Brussels) suggested this out of their 2000 +plus choices (400 on tap). Not cheap,,was running between 10-15E per bottle.

I may look into changing my flights and hang in the bay area that week.

Just enjoyed some fine OC bud while watching the 420 Family Guy Special. Also watching Harold and Kumar Escapes from Guantanimo Bay,,,,way funny with tidbets about Amsterdam.

Let me know if I should put it in the suitcase...

I looks like Coata Rica will occur in March 2010

The Oase trip will be October 8-12 perhaps
