This is kind of an embarrassing post considering Las Vegas is suppose to be a no brainer kind of city when it comes to sex. Having visited Vegas a handful of times for business, I've never really had the opportunity to experience much of it's... well "nightlife". The irony is, even with all the language barriers, I know my way around the brothels and providers of Amsterdam and Prague better than I do Vegas even though I've only been to both of those cities once in my life.

So what are some of the recommended agencies, providers, or locations while I'm in Vegas? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Commercial sex in LV is actually worse than in many parts of the country. It tends to be more expensive with a higher probability of ripoffs. It is illegal and the laws are enforced. There are legal brothels an hour plus away, but they are also overpriced if you take the "menu" seriously. You have to negotiate the price down to get a square deal and even then the quality is not so great. Best bet may be to stay in a hotel with a club where working girls look for customers. Take care to not get a knockout drug sneaked into your drink.

Mandalay Bay is notorious for working girls in the center bar area. I have stayed there many times and have encountered them...all you do is watch their eyes...they make eye contact with anyone that interest them. Expect to pay anywhere from $300-$1,000 (starting prices) and get marginal looks and service. Not my cup of tea. The Spearment Rhino and other strip clubs will break you if you try to work that angle,,expect to pay $20 on up per dance plus entrance fee. If you show up with a local you can have the entrance fee waived if they show their drivers license.. Anytime you arrive in a cab,,expect to pay top dollar just to get in. Your best odds are picking up girls that are there to party,,hang out in Rio by the Chippendales show and follow them to whatever club they attend after.

All the major casinos will have women hanging around the slot machines looking for clients. Try to be discrete when first talking to a working girl. If she is drop dead gorgeous & aggressive, back off just in case she is a decoy. Not really worth $300-$500 for crappy service.

Try hanging out @ the clubs & try picking up all the babes partying. This may sound silly, but hang out @ the outlets & talk to all the women going crazy on shopping spree's. Slim chances to grab a stunner, but many regular tourists traveling with groups of friends. Not many men as most are in the casinos or checking out the sports games. Outlets are a target rich enviornment!

Maybe I'll stick to the more old fashioned methods and actually pick up an honest gal, but it is pretty disappointing considering it's suppose to be "sin city" after all =)

After 10PM the casino bar has several obvious working girls. I did take one to my room the last time I was there. We negotiated at the bar ($200 one hr, S&F). Took her up to the room and had a great time! It's worth checking out.

ok, i have been there before and tried many different approaches.
The last time, I tried the call girl to the hotel room. Totally didnt work, the girl wasnt the one advertised, and she really didnt want to do anything, except take more money. I sent her away.

I have been to Las Vegas around a dozen times in the last 25 years. My advice is to go there to gamble and drink. Maybe you might get lucky and pick up a regular tourist girl one night. Other than that stay away from the working girls. Unless you are willing to pay top dollar (and then still no guarantee of a getting what you pay for) don't bother.

I stayed in the Exalibur and wasn't excpecting any action. However on the walkways between it and MGM / NY NY or the tram thing to Mandalay was regularly accosted. Perhaps the best BJ of my life was from one such girl in my hotel room overlooking the rollercoaster. $100. Don't gamble with women in Vegas. Going to the casinos is very hit and miss to pick someone up. I'd highly recommend going to a website such as erosguide when in Vegas. Generally speaking you will get who is in the photo and the going rate (give or take) is $300 and up.

Also the back pages of the free press. Nightclubs are often full of hookers or strippers on their day off who will be happy to screw decent looking tourists for a night out and some fun in a swanky hotel room.

When I travel I keep a journal. Here is my journal entry from the one and only time I've experimented with prostitution in Vegas.....

When I got back into Vegas, I decided to go for a walk on the strip and get a quick bite to eat along the way. Given today’s experiences I was more aware of the con-artist personality of this town. The pandemic of strip shows that feed on people’s hunger for sex yet never deliver were more noticable. The glitz and false promises of riches via gambling was inescapable. It’s all a huge tease; all a huge lie. Look but don’t touch. Pay-up, but get nothing in return. It’s all insulting. Honestly, I think anyone who pays to see nude women, or pays to be teased by women, is fucking pathetic. Sure, I’m all-for porn when I can pirate it for free of the internet, but I would never pay for it. If you want to spend some money on sex then go to Europe, put on a condom, and fuck some bitch for the same price as what a lapdance would cost in the US. Anything else and you are getting ripped-off as a consumer. Even if some teasing is all you want it’s still sad from a principle perspective.

As I finish typing this before going to bed I’m reminded of Vegas’ other motto…. “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.” Most people probably interpret that as suggesting you can do as you wish here and nobody will know. What it really means is don’t tell anybody how much money was stolen from you, otherwise people will stop visiting.

I understand where you are coming from, but I think the above goes too far. First brothel prices can be negotiated way down from $4K and $3K for sure. It might take talking with more than one girl though. Walking away from the first will let subsequent girls know you are not a mark. Of course compared to an FKK it's going to be a far inferior deal. As you noted this is the effect prohibition has on any market.

But being so harsh on guys that pay for porn or strip clubs indicates to me that you relate to the money in the transaction as a proxy marker for control and power. Many guys do. And so do the women. Many women attracted to the sex industry have abuse in their background and they are stuck in a cycle of trying to win back sexual control. Money is how they keep score. The more they make the more they feel they are in control. And some men, already suffering some unspoken ego injury for "having to pay for it," feel the less they pay the more control and power they retain. This can extend to strippers, porn, gambling, etc.

There is, of course, another view. And that is whether it's girls, gambling, or whatever one is simply paying for an entertainment service. As long as one is aware of that it's hard to see where it should be shameful. It need not be so ego involved, and one need not feel used or foolish. Nobody is forcing anyone to spend money. It's a free choice not a loss of control and not a threat to the ego.
