I've been to Thailand (and most places in S.E.Asia) many times, and London, and Amsterdam and the surrounding regions - and have tried everything out. I've recently discovered (online, not in real life!) Tijuana - Adelita and Hong Kong. I thought I'd done it all and was about to 'hang up my boots' - but it seems to me that this is a whole new world - in terms of intensity and choice.

Does anyone here have recent experience of Tijuana?

One question to anyone who's been here- why not stay in a hotel in Tijuana for a few days - instead of crossing the border everyday? Every report I've read, the guy goes back across the border - no matter what time of day or night - why?

I am thinking about spending the night over next time which could open the possibilities for night time visiting by the ladies.

However, most mongers are from out of town and have a rental car which you cannot drive over without separate insurance. Basically, by spending the night, you would pay for a day of rental for a car that sits in a parking spot.

Plus, I was more comfortable going out at night and drinking where I am fluent in the language. I always had my guard up in Mexico and having to translate everything I said in my head first before replying gets awfully tiring.

Trying to learn Spanish now as we speak so that more Latin options become available.

I'm thinking it's gotta be worth it - if there are hotels right near HK and Ad. For me the fun would be in having a night or two of wild abandon and that would involve drinking (if that's safe enough in the area - if the hotel is literally next door) - and wouldn't involve driving.

As I've never been I don't know what the setup is. I've obviously heard about Mexico in general. I'm assuming that it's possible, if I'm willing to spunk the US hire car money by having it sitting in a car park for a couple of days?

Hong Kong club has a hotel next door called Cascades which is used by the girls when you go to a room. You stop at the front desk, pay $15 for 30 minutes, they hand over a condom, and you are escorted to said room. After 25 minutes, you receive a knock on the door telling you your time is almost up and when you leave, you tip the guy $1 to clean up after you. I think it is part of the regulations that the authorities allow prostitution to happen within this Zone as long as the hotel is a separate building.

Each club has a hotel next door or within the vicinity that the girls have to go to (while on company time. I think if you can swing an after work gig, they are free to do whatever). There are also several non-affiliated hotels in the area that the streetwalkers use for short term stays with the same $15 setup.

You can reserve rooms and stay at the club hotels, Cascades for example, for pretty reasonable rates. Probably $40-50 per night. Once you leave the club with 3 girls without a reservation (3X$15 each), you would have covered the cost of the room. I also think it makes it easier to negotiate with the girl for extended time because if you had originally paid for 30 minutes and wanted to extend, you can't run out to the front desk naked to pay for more time.

The rooms are nice for a quickie motel. Decent bed with ensuite shower, toilet, and sink. I also think they have TV's in rooms for overnight guests. I have read that most overnight guests request rooms higher up to escape the club music which goes on long into the night and some have purchased cheap box fans to circulate the air to keep cooler and provide background noise to sleep to.

I'm not sure the name of the hotels affiliated with Adelita's or the other clubs but they all have that setup.

There are some really good street vendors scattered among the streetwalkers selling things like cheap tacos if you got hungry but if you pulled a girl for an all-nighter and wanted to hit up a nice restaurant or bar, you would need to take a taxi to another part of town.

thanks Willred -I've changed the settings. looking forward to hearing from you. Tijuana sounds perfect for me - a mix of strip clubs with extras. I've 'been around the world' from the RLDs of Europe to Thailand and haven't yet found quite the right mix -I'm thinking this is it!
