A sad note today.

I learned this wonderful young thing was arrested in Dubai and jailed for two weeks.

She has now been deported under arrest at the airport in her own country and faces two years in a delightful Russina Jail for the crime of being deported from another country.

A young life gone and she never hurt anybody. The way out? Sell herself to a pimp to get the nescessary bribes to get out.

She was able to mail whilst under arrest at the airport.

A bribe has been paid and she is now out on the streets in the CIS but awaiting her case to be heard.

She is fortunate she was not working. Its only overstaying visa. I paid her enough she did not have to work again until she was arrested.

Let me tell you EXACTLY how she is likely to get out of it. Probably on her back. With the local oil workers for cash and with the local Police (About $1000 worth should do it) earned probably on her front, with more than one of them at a time, and probably not involving condoms. But in comparison to two years in a Russian Jail, its a bargain.

Mike - Just to show you are not overimaginative, in Germany members of the Police force visit FKKs as clients and like many clients try to get the girls into sex without condoms. If you check the Dubai thread in ISG you will notice there is a massive purge on in UAE. Anything in a skirt is being arrested and thrown out (at their own expense and all their money confiscated, possessions siezed).

Furthermore I just got of the phone from Lora in the CIS. All the girls getting thrown out right now is good for business with the local cops. The price went up to $1500 just to get out of the airport.

They have purgesfrom time to time. This is the most aggressive because things were getting embarrasingly bad.

Mostly it was the Africans and the Chinese turning Dubai into a brothel. It was actually a bit too much recently, to the point where I was considering electified sleeves to wear in some of the bars.

The CIS are caught up in it too, but I also know that the A-Listers who have discrete apartments, can afford correct work visas and so on are unaffected.

I sympathise Mike, for all the acrimonious comments from our collegues, I do think mongering in Dubai is completely different to FKK/RLD's and emotions run a lot higher. As a " told you so" (LOL) I do recall commenting in an earlier post :

"A lot of the Russians ( and I should qualify my use of the term as most of them are from former soviet states rather than Russia) are in Dubai because they cannot make a living in their own country. They are vulnerable and easy to fall in love with. They want a passport and security and will give GFE - you have been warned. It is not unusual for them to "forget" condoms on repeat visits......etc"

The issue really is the amount of time you can spend with the girl of your choice. Even a two hour GFE in GT pales into insignificance with two or three days of "marriage" in Dubai. Even the most astute have fallen by the wayside!

Of course in a country like Dubai where prostitution is illegal, the seedier aspects of the profession - girls having no choice or working under immense stress - are much more prevelant. It is an eye-opener for sure, and you have to be a very hard man to walk away from some of these girls who are genuinely trying to find a way out of the predicament they are in.

On a different note - sorry I missed you at GT the other Sunday. I was there but "busy". It was really nice to enjoy the spring weather after being in the Middle East. I was a little dissappointed with the line up - day one was OK, but day two found me struggling to make a selection, and the male/female ration was not too great. I am back next week so I will try PHG this time around. One day we will meet!

I don't want to take sides in this since everybody is trying to explain their view of the world - it would be good if there were a bit more understanding of other people's views. And I'm not being soft - I could spend pages analysing the posts but this is not a psychanalysis forum

Why so keen to jump in and judge Mike? (Ok - I know he started the anger)

Does something about Mike's posts and involvement make other people feel insecure? We seem to have two approaches – the guys who see the girls as real people and those who don’t. Both have dangers – Mike is firmly in the first camp and has discovered the dangers. And also the rewards. He should be allowed to report on this. And maybe we should all reflect on the dangers/rewards of our own approach to the girls

One point I would like to make about judging is that the girls we are dismissing and judging so lightly, often make judgements about us. And they are sometimes not at all complimentary - for example a forum member may go with a girl as a regular but the girl has told me why she hates going with him . If we are going to be so condemnatory on the forum, perhaps we should include the girls' condemnations of us?

I am pointing out however, that I am not getting too involved because it is impossible to do so. I post about it, it makes me sad, but life goes on. Every girl has a sob story, some more genuine than others.

What people are not giving her credit for is that she has absolutley asked for nothing but a few photos and a brief chat on the phone. It would be only too easy to ask for a money order for a couple of grand by western Union, and plenty would, but she didn't even though it was implied she would do so.

One callous comment from a well known idiot and I flew off the handle. I did start the anger.

The point of my post if you read the original one, was more a commentry on the sickness of the states that perscute young Women and force them into these intolerable situations. She is in jail, I walk free.

Then one stupid joke comes along that makes Lora (the victim in this) out to be a cynical money grabbing bitch. which actually, she isn't.

She is being judged by the same standards you would judge a Window girl, or a hardened FKK girl. probably because Fred has no experience of women outside paid sex in brothels. (Hence all the comments about me having no money, things being beyond my means and so on..it shows how his mind works, totally money oriented).

Also, I have noticed some animosity because I struck up a relationship with a prostitute that goes a little further than just a normal client. OF course, it does not go too far. We aren't going to get married or anything. But if you knew Dubai, you would know the true secret of the place is that the BFE/GFE illusion cuts both ways and these girls are lonely, desperate and often ARE looking for something more. so what i experienced, and anyone else can experience if they get on a plane and go there, is pretty common actually.

I think it is the implied "something more" that caused a lot of Jealousy here, when there wasn't that much more, except agreat time, with agreat girl, lots of freebees, and she ends up in an Arab jail.

One reflection, a nice guy PM'd me recently to say the EI Index on this site is pretty low. (Emotional Intelligence). Something I know about simce my Brother is a psychologist (perhaps one cheap enough for me to see Fred.) Well perhaps I am as guilty of that too.

But I have to say, for me, this was about defending one girl's honour, that which she has left after what she has been through. It was worth it. Totally.
