During a couple of visits to bars in Roppongi research revealed that some hostesses could be hired for take-away to your own hotel. The ones I saw were mostly asians (filipinos, korean) but also some e.europeans and a stunning brazilian; all spoke english. Costs were horrendous and I didn't take the deal.

Of course, this doesn't meet your japanese girl criterion.
