Have you tried the Republicans in congress? I am sure that there are a few mongers on the Blue side of the aisle as well. I bet that Sen. Kennedy knows a number or two. Probably the only thing that he and Newt have in common.

In all seriousness, think twice about running contrary to the law in DC. Not only can it be a very unsafe town to deal with the folks who provide that service, but also I think that you flirt with Federal laws if you get caught in the District.

There is no scene in DC - basically you have 2 choices 1) know someone who smokes and can hook you up, and 2) go on the street in known outdoor drug markets and try to score. Since 2) is risky both to your physical well-being and your continued freedom from jail, I can't recommend it at all. The third option is to go onto craigslist.org and ask someone to help you out. This has worked for me in the past. But I don't need to explain the risks inherent in that method either, do I?
