I see YMMV written on here now and then and have no idea what it refers to!! Could someone explain to me in what context it is used and its meaning? Cheers.

It's an american idiom if I'm not wrong.
It means literally "Your mileage may vary", which tends to explain that opinions can be very different from one person to another. For example I can appreciate a lot a girl that I'm actually the only one to appreciate for a lot of reasons, not specifically shared by other people. It's usually used to talk about movies, music, etc. And for De Wallen girls, about the girls.

Some girls are quoted to be excellent providers and most of reports show it, so opinions converge on the same point: these girls are top-notch experiences and deception is very rare.

On the other hand, some girls are well-known being rip-off, and there's no exception, no positive report about them. These girls can be easily avoid.

Some girls who do things with Mr A, doesnt mean she will do it with Mr B or C.
Maybe she likes A better, maybe shes in a better mood :)

I've seen that idiom a few months ago, and the first time it was on this board. So I checked and had my response to the question I've asked myself : "What is this YMMV ?"

The last time I've been seeking for the meaning of a verb, it was a week ago with the greenhoff's "buggered up" expression which apparently is typically UK. I learn each day. :-)

Martha used to be a prime example of "Your Mileage May Vary" although she's a lot better now.

If she was in a good mood and liked you then you would have probably the most GFE experience available in the RLD.

But, as she told me herself, if she was having a bad day and didn't take to you she could be a complete bitch.

I thought that your malaprop was actually pretty accurate. American idiotism is classic, dude. I doubt that you offended anyone. After all this isn't an English course and I'm sure that most of us would be just as creative in your native language, even if it happens to be English. Btw, there's a dictionary of British (and American) slang on line. I sometimes have to use it to understand what is being said.
