There's been a late entrant in the race for dumbest guy of 2006. This goof was driving through a residential neighborhood here in Chicago at 6:30 p.m. smoking a joint when he ran a stop sign. We've all done that you might say. But how many of us have done that with 42 kilos of weed in the vehicle. He also had 170 kilos at home and 680 grams of mushrooms. I think that would even get you arrested in Amsterdam. Happy New Year everyone.

I think we see Darwin in action here. The smart ones don't get caught and have sex leading (sometimes) to reproduction. The dumb ones get thrown in prison. They still have sex, but it isn't quite the same.
