A U.S. Appeals court ruled today that a dying woman can be prosecuted for marijuana possession even it was prescribed by her doctor and is the only thing keeping her alive.

The problem, though, is not the court. It's the laws.

A new study concluded that PRESCRIPTION sleeping pills have extremely dangerous side effects, meanwhile, we are all still waiting to hear of just one person to either die, or become addicted to marijuana (the reasons given for criminalization). I guess we can hear from Rush Limbaugh how weed smokers should be thrown in jail for years, while he downs his 30 Oxycontins a day which he got his maid to get for him illegally. No wonder people want to move to Amsterdam!
