Plenty of easy to find info out there on the interwebs....quick comment from frequent visitors from the US. TL;DR - blinders/assumptions have kept us from the delights of edibles in AMS.

Edibles in AMS had always been a big question mark for us. We typically have stuck to weed. Behold - edibles, marked with the strain and dosage! Boerejongens Red Velvet Cake here we come.

The vast majority of our consumption at home is edibles (Sativa 10mg THC) and certainly prefer in many situations. Excited to try a variety of products that we had no idea existed. Yeah - dumb Americans.

I smoke a lot of flower and hash when in A'dam, but I'm heavily into disposable-vape oils now, which are incredibly cheap now in the NYC semi-legal scene. 97% THC. No worries about smoking inside my hotel room because of the lack of smoke and odor.

Curious if it's still forbidden in A'dam. My next visit is in about five weeks.

Recent research looks to me to not legal or tolerated. Will certainly report back if we find different. Cheers.
