N/W corner of Brouwersgracht and Pinsengracht

All,

Looking for a recommendation for a coffee shop in the area of Brouwersgracht and Prinsengracht.

Doesn't need to be the best in Amsterdam ... just one that is local, nice people and in that general area so the smokers of the group have a happy place to run off to.

I recommend rokerij. It's located in leidsedWarsstraat which is just off the leidseplein. Not too far from you.

FYI....all four Rokerij coffeeshops in the city ceased trading in March this year.

Siberie, Dampkring II and Picasso are all good places in that area.

One of the owners got caught being a little naughty so they got closed down. It is a real shame. Another coffeeshop bites the dust.

Barneys coffeeshop in Haarlemmerstraat is close from the Brouwersgracht and Prinsengracht.
