What coffeeshops serve tasty food? Non-pot food, that is.

Other side of road from Barneys coffee shop is Barneys Place I think it's called? Anyway it's great food, beers and smoke all you want.

Again it's not a coffee shop but the Bulldog bar does great food too, always have breakfast there at least once each trip then a big spliff!

Paradox serves a lovely veggie burger and is a very nice quiet, friendly neighborhood coffeeshop that also sells very good weed and hash. Check out the 100% sativa and the finger hash.

Amnesia has a good selection of munchies, from toasties to cakes, but not a full, "sit-down" menu as such...

I used to like Barneys, but over the years the portions have gotten smaller and more expensive!!

Just around the corner from Voyagers is a place called Batavia which has a great bar-style pub-grub menu with a smoking lounge downstairs. Much better value imho than Barneys, and the food is significantly better!

Agree. Great place, if you don't want to use your laptop! I was arseholed out of there last month for using my laptop. Bought food and coffee, and bought my weed from Barney's over the road, but still they arseholed me.

Go figure?

Oh, the man was very polite. He explained it was management policy to discourage laptop use as they found people stayed too long taking up tables with laptop use rather than eating/drinking. This didn't make sense to me at the time as I had bought food, drinks and pot (from over the road) from them.

Anyway I just packed up my kit and spent more of my money elsewhere. I didn't complain as it wasn't really my place to. It's their business and they can run it any way they want, just as it was my right to pack up and spend my money somewhere else.

The market rules:-)
