Let me preface this by saying I am not looking to fool drug dogs, custom agents,or police. That being said I will be in Holland soon and some of the folks I will be around are non-smokers. I am looking for advice on how to cut down on the odor that weed gives off. There is a good chance I will be at close quarters in a vehicle at times so its important that I try and not to smell up my mates car with skunk odor. I need some advice and tips on the best methods to do this. Once again I stress I am not trying to fool the keen nose of a drug dog just attempting to conceal the odor from my mates who are non-smokers.

You could try a pressed nedenhasj or an unpressed Kif.
Neither has much smell at all. These are what I like to travel with.
When do you get to town?
I'm in the middle of February.

Thanks Weasel I like the Kif a lot but I sometimes have trouble finding it. Nothing like a pipe full of strong weed with a bit of kif sprinkled on top.

Late to this thread, I'm afraid, but if you can get your hands on any, the plastic pots that 35mm comes in are good. The type where the lid overhangs the lip of the pot is best - the other type has space for odours to get out. A drug dog would spot it immediately, but like yourself I've found it helpful to conceal the smell from friends.

An aside: an old stoner once told me that he got weed home regularly in the 1970s by filling 35mm film canisters and putting them in the normal post. Back then, packages containing film were rarely checked due to the sheer volume, and they were never X-rayed as the X-rays could ruin the film. How times change...

I too am late to the thread but I find that for discreet general and travel storage of any type of Cannabis (be that flower or hash) I tend to use Paracetamol (or other medical) containers like this one:

http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-photo-17233278-paracetamol-tablet-container.php

They are widely available to buy, they are extremely cheap, they are airtight (so do not let smells out or any wet in), they are small (so you can carry them around in your jacket or bag pocket) and you always have a reason to have it on you ("Oh, those are just painkillers as I'm prone to headaches").

They won't fool drugs dogs and, obviously, if anyone opened it then you've been rumbled but they are odourless enough to not rouse the suspicions of non-smoking family or friends.
