Off the top of my head, there's Tuintje at Overtoom 451 & Trefpunt (Catch 33) @ Nassaukade 33.
I haven't been to either much so can't really vouch.
The place I can recommend in that part of the city is Boerejongens @ Baarsjesweg 239 and it's nearby sister shop, the name of which escapes me at the mo.
It's worth the trip even if you were staying in the centrum.
...oh, and there's also Noon at Zieseniskade 22.
