Can anyone on the ground in AMS at the moment enlighten me as to what the current coffeeshop situation is like in regards to Covid restrictions?
Are the coffeeshops still open? What are the opening hours if they are open? Are there Covid restrictions in the way coffeeshops can operate?

I am not there now, but I was in October, and I don't think things have changed much beyond closing times.
The coffeeshops will NOT be closed. They tried it once and it was a matter of minutes before street dealing filled the void.
That was unacceptable to everyone, and will not happen again.
Buy and fly is available everywhere.
Most, but not all, have at least some of their seating open indoors, and terraces were all open.
Some checked my crappy cardboard vaccine card. Most didn't.
Card checks only happened at night when things were busy.
Selection was about half of normal.
Many shops had 2 indicas, 2 sativas, a hybrid, and a few hash choices. Less than 10 strains on offer was normal.
Green Place had a bunch of Colorado weed, but it was 25E/gram, or three times the price in Colorado. Pass.
I got 45-50E 5g bags at the Brug in Alkmaar, and at Green place in Amsterdam.
Also made small buys at Popeyes, Spirit, Amnesia ...a few others that I forget, but all were running pretty much like normal, just smaller selection and smaller crowds.
