The overall number of Coffeeshop licences are being reduced and the Dutch are recognizing that E is indeed a problem (an off duty cop died at a Wasteland party 2 years ago while on E), Consequently there will be heavier monitoring of labs, dealing and related activities.The Dutch are not bowing down to the US pressure.
