is it legally imported?..

To the best of my understanding there is no legal way for the coffeeshops to buy what they sell.

On the second day of Christmas it is delivered down the chimney of the Canal Houses while the Netherlands police forces are sitting at home with their families!

This is actually one of the Hollands greatest engineering marvels,, how to fit huge chunks of hash thru the front door of the coffeeshops without anyone seeing it! Just think about how they manage to squeeze it all into their carry-on baggage from Morroco, India and Afghanistan?

i understand there are big time growers for weed in holland..what i cannot get my head around is how they buy the hash?..are the coffeshops dealing with dealers in morroco etc?..and is it smuggled in to holland via boat?..or would they buy from other dealers in holland?

Damn . . . had I known the secret, 420, I´d have requested a room with a fireplace last time I stayed at the Canal House!

I think this has to do with the so-called "gedogen"-policy. Gedogen means tolerated. The hash traffic is actually illegal in Holland, but de facto tolerated.
